FAQ

Questions, answered.

What is a white-label payment gateway?

It is a complete payment processing platform that runs under your brand, domain and design. Your customers see only your company, while PayPatch provides the technology underneath.

Can PayPatch be deployed on our own servers?

Yes. You can deploy on your own data centre, AWS, Azure, GCP or any Indian cloud. We also offer a managed hosting option.

How are acquiring banks and MIDs connected?

Banking integrations are scoped around your existing relationships and the providers required for your use case. Merchant IDs and access to payment rails remain subject to provider onboarding and approval.

Which payment methods can be integrated?

The platform covers workflows for UPI, cards, net banking, wallets and bank transfers such as IMPS, NEFT and RTGS. Availability is confirmed for your banking providers and deployment scope.

What determines the deployment timeline?

The timeline depends on your selected modules, customisation, existing systems, testing and banking approvals. An implementation plan is agreed after reviewing these requirements.

Who is responsible for regulatory approvals?

Your business and banking providers must confirm the obligations and approvals that apply to your payment model. PayPatch provides technology; deploying the platform does not itself grant a licence or approval.

How is pricing calculated?

A proposal is prepared around your modules, integrations, deployment and support requirements. Request a breakdown of implementation costs, recurring charges and any third-party fees before proceeding.

How is technical support arranged?

Onboarding responsibilities, documentation, support hours and escalation arrangements are discussed as part of your engagement. Confirm the agreed coverage in your proposal.
